Jennifer hosted the nationally syndicated American Dream Radio show for one year featuring consumer oriented information related to all facets of real estate. For four years she was the real estate “tip” person on NBC’s Montana Today Show offering common sense advice and updates on the latest real estate trends. Originally from Northern California, Jennifer chose Bozeman for the quality of life and excellent schools. She makes an effort to attend local as well as national real estate educational seminars and focuses on national as well as international investment and relocation. Jennifer served on the advisory board for the Sonoran Institute, which promotes community decisions that respect the land and the people of the North American West.
Carolyn Goodell, Licensed Sales Associate, GRI
Carolyn was raised in Bozeman, MT and it has been her home for more than 20 years. She loves to travel internationally, and lived in Los Angeles for three years, but decided to move back to the area that she calls home. She bought a home in Livingston and is very familiar with the real estate market there, as well as in Bozeman.
Carolyn graduated with a BA in Elementary Education and worked as a nanny for seven years before deciding to follow in her mother’s footsteps and focus on a career in real estate. She was always exposed to the world of real estate through her mother, and enjoyed helping around the office and attending the Parade of Homes each year. She realized that this could become an exciting and rewarding career for herself, and that she had the resources and guidance to make her a competitive and knowledgeable agent.
Carolyn is a member of the Gallatin Association of Realtors® as well as the Southwest Montana Multiple Listing Service. She attends all weekly MLS meetings in Bozeman, which allows her first opportunity to hear about listings fresh to the market and network directly with other active, full time agents servicing the Gallatin and Park County areas.
